How safe is it?
Well-documented data
Boron is generally well tolerated at doses below 20 mg daily. The most common side effects from oral use are loss of appetite, skin irritation, redness, and indigestion.
Vaginal use may cause burning and pain. At much higher doses—especially chronic use of 1 gram daily or more—boron can cause hair loss and serious skin problems; very large doses can lead to nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and in severe cases shock or coma.
Boron should be avoided in pregnancy; high amounts may harm the fetus. It should also be avoided while breastfeeding because there isn't enough safety data.

Formula
Boron Boron is necessary for cartilage formation and repair which is necessary for healthy bone and joint function. Boron is vital for calcium absorption, and it increases calcium absorption by 40%. Boron is found in high amounts in dental enamel.
Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions
Mixing Instructions: Mix with 8 to 10 ounces of juice or water.
For best results, store in a cool, dark place and use within six months.
Recommended Dosage: Adults: 1 mL 300 mcg Children: 0.5 mL 150 mcg or as recommended by a health care professional.
