🩺 Clinical
This is an over-the-counter combination product marketed as a cold and flu relief kit. It contains three active ingredients commonly used together for cold symptom relief: acetaminophen (typically used to reduce fever and ease aches and pain), dextromethorphan (typically used as a cough suppressant), and diphenhydramine (typically used as an antihistamine to ease congestion and runny nose, though it also has drowsiness as a side effect). This product is regulated under the FDA's over-the-counter monograph system for cold and cough medicines.
