Read the full MedlinePlus article ↗Severe Sinus Daytime, Non-Drowsy is an over-the-counter oral tablet formulated under FDA's monograph guidelines for daytime sinus symptom relief. It contains acetaminophen, commonly used to reduce pain and fever; guaifenesin, an expectorant that helps thin mucus to ease clearing of congestion; and phenylephrine hydrochloride, a decongestant typically used to temporarily relieve nasal and sinus congestion. This combination is intended for people managing multiple sinus-related symptoms during waking hours.
