Clinical
Sinus PE Head Congestion and Mucus is an over-the-counter oral tablet containing three active ingredients commonly combined to address congestion and mucus buildup. Acetaminophen is typically used as a pain reliever and fever reducer. Phenylephrine hydrochloride functions as a nasal decongestant to help relieve sinus and nasal congestion. Guaifenesin is an expectorant, commonly used to help thin mucus secretions and make them easier to clear.
