Clinical
Chapstick Moisturizer Cool Mint is a topical lip balm stick sold as an over-the-counter sunscreen product under FDA's OTC monograph rules. It contains five active ingredients: four UV filters (avobenzone, homosalate, octisalate, and octocrylene) that are typically used to protect skin from ultraviolet light exposure, and white petrolatum, a moisturizing base commonly used in lip balms to help soften and protect lips. This product is intended for application directly to the lips.
