Clinical
This is an over-the-counter lip balm kit containing two sunscreen active ingredients: octinoxate and oxybenzone. Both are ultraviolet light filters commonly used in sunscreen products to help protect skin from sun exposure. The balm is formulated with SPF 15 and is applied topically to the lips. This product is marketed as an OTC monograph drug, meaning it follows established FDA guidelines for sunscreen ingredients and labeling rather than being individually reviewed by the FDA.

Kit / multi-component package
This NDC identifies a kit — a package containing more than one component. Structured data (pricing, ingredients, equivalents) is often reported per component rather than for the kit NDC itself, which can make this page look thinner than the components' own pages.
