Clinical
This is a mineral sunscreen lotion applied to the skin to help protect against sunburn and skin damage from ultraviolet (UV) rays. It contains titanium dioxide and zinc oxide, which are mineral UV filters that work by sitting on top of the skin and reflecting or scattering UV light away. This product is an over-the-counter monograph drug, meaning it follows FDA's established safety and effectiveness rules for sunscreen ingredients rather than undergoing individual product approval.
