🩺 Clinical
This is a topical lotion cosmetic product marketed as an over-the-counter sunscreen under FDA's monograph rules. It contains three active ingredients that function as UV filters and protective agents: octinoxate and titanium dioxide are commonly used to absorb and reflect ultraviolet light, while zinc oxide also reflects UV rays and is typically included for skin-soothing properties. Products of this type are generally applied to the skin to help protect against sun exposure.
