Clinical
Melatonin Forte is an unapproved homeopathic oral spray containing melatonin, B vitamins (niacin and pyridoxine), zinc, lithium, and magnesium along with animal-derived glandular substances. In homeopathic practice, these ingredients are traditionally combined to address sleep and energy concerns, though homeopathic products are marketed based on traditional use rather than FDA evaluation for effectiveness. This product is not evaluated by the FDA for safety or efficacy as a drug.
