Clinical
This is an oral liquid homeopathic product sold over the counter as an unapproved homeopathic drug, meaning it is marketed based on homeopathic tradition and has not been evaluated by the FDA for effectiveness. Its listed ingredients are prasterone (DHEA), estradiol, pregnenolone, progesterone, and testosterone, all diluted to homeopathic potencies (shown as "hp_X"). In conventional medicine, these are sex hormones or hormone precursors: estradiol and progesterone are used in prescription hormone therapy, testosterone is used to treat low androgen levels, and prasterone is a hormone precursor. Homeopathic practitioners use these ingredients according to traditional principles, which differ from established medical uses.
