Clinical
This is an over-the-counter antimicrobial liquid handwash containing chloroxylenol, an ingredient typically used to reduce bacteria on skin during washing. The product is applied topically to the hands and body as a soap or cleanser. Chloroxylenol is commonly included in antimicrobial soaps and cleansing solutions to help remove germs during routine hand hygiene. This product is marketed under the FDA's established rulebook for over-the-counter antiseptic wash products rather than as an individually reviewed drug application.
