Clinical
Genteal Tears is an over-the-counter eye drop solution containing dextran 70, glycerin, and hypromellose. These ingredients function as lubricants and are typically used to relieve dry eye symptoms by adding moisture and helping the tear film stay on the eye surface longer. This is an OTC monograph product, meaning it follows FDA's established rules for over-the-counter eye lubricants rather than undergoing individual application review.
