Clinical
DG Health Cold Plus Flu Relief is an over-the-counter oral capsule containing three active ingredients commonly used to address cold and flu symptoms. Acetaminophen is a pain reliever and fever reducer. Dextromethorphan is a cough suppressant, while phenylephrine is a nasal decongestant. This is an OTC monograph product, meaning it is marketed under FDA's established rules for over-the-counter cold and flu medicines rather than as an individually reviewed drug application.
