Clinical
Badger Active SPF 30 Mineral Sunscreen is a topical cream containing zinc oxide as its active ingredient. Zinc oxide is a mineral sunscreen agent that functions by reflecting and scattering ultraviolet (UV) rays away from the skin. This product is marketed as an over-the-counter sunscreen under the FDA's monograph rule for sunscreen products, meaning it follows established safety and effectiveness guidelines for that category rather than undergoing individual FDA review.
