Clinical
Lil Drug Store Tylenol Sinus Severe is an over-the-counter coated tablet taken by mouth that combines three active ingredients. Acetaminophen is typically used to reduce fever and relieve pain, while phenylephrine hydrochloride functions as a nasal decongestant to help reduce sinus and nasal congestion. Guaifenesin is an expectorant commonly included in cough and cold products to help thin mucus. This product is marketed as an OTC monograph drug, meaning it follows FDA's established category rules for sinus and cold symptom relief.
