Clinical
Numfast Tetracaine Green is a topical cream containing tetracaine, an ester-type local anesthetic. This over-the-counter monograph product is typically used to numb small areas of skin before minor procedures or to temporarily relieve pain and itching from minor cuts, scrapes, insect bites, or similar minor skin irritations. The green color helps identify the product during application. Tetracaine works by blocking nerve signals in the area where it is applied.
