Clinical
This is a topical oil product marketed as an over-the-counter sunscreen under FDA's monograph rules for skin-care sunscreens. It contains four UV-filtering ingredients (homosalate, octisalate, octocrylene, and avobenzone) that are typically used together to absorb and scatter ultraviolet light away from the skin. The product is formulated as an oil base, which is a common vehicle for applying sunscreen protection to the body. This listing describes the ingredients and their concentrations; actual sun protection depends on proper application and reapplication as directed.
