Clinical
This is a lip tint lipstick formulated with zinc oxide, an inorganic mineral sunscreen active ingredient. Applied topically to the lips, zinc oxide is commonly used in sunscreen products to help reflect and scatter ultraviolet light. The product is marketed as an OTC monograph drug, meaning it is formulated under the FDA's established rules for over-the-counter sunscreen products rather than as an individually approved drug application. The product also contains vanilla flavoring and is labeled with an SPF 45 rating.
