Clinical
Hydrator Plus SPF 30 Broad Spectrum is a lotion applied to the skin that contains three active sunscreen ingredients: octisalate, octocrylene, and zinc oxide. Octisalate and octocrylene are organic UV filters that absorb ultraviolet light, while zinc oxide is a mineral UV filter that reflects and scatters UV rays. This product is marketed as an over-the-counter monograph drug, meaning it follows FDA's established safety and effectiveness guidelines for sunscreen products rather than being individually reviewed by the agency.
