Clinical
Lip Clear Lysine Plus Coldstick is a topical lip balm that combines two sunscreen active ingredients: octinoxate and oxybenzone. These chemical UV filters are commonly used in sunscreen products to protect skin on the lips from ultraviolet radiation. This product is marketed as an over-the-counter monograph drug, meaning it follows FDA's established rules for sunscreen lip balms rather than undergoing individual product review.
