- It's an injection under your skin. You'll have filgrastim daily for 4 days first. Then you get plerixafor about 11 hours before each collection session, for up to 4 days in a row.
- Diarrhea, nausea, tiredness, headache, dizziness, and soreness or redness where the shot goes in are common. Joint pain and vomiting can happen too. Most are mild to moderate.
