Clinical
This is a topical cream sunscreen marketed as an over-the-counter monograph product. It contains four active ingredients that work together to protect skin from ultraviolet radiation. Homosalate and octisalate are organic UV filters that absorb solar rays, while titanium dioxide and zinc oxide are mineral UV filters that reflect and scatter light away from the skin. These ingredients are commonly combined in sunscreen formulations to provide broad-spectrum protection.
