The kit includes acetaminophen (a pain reliever and fever reducer), dextromethorphan (a cough suppressant), guaifenesin (an expectorant to help thin mucus), phenylephrine (a nasal decongestant), and triprolidine (an antihistamine typically used to reduce sneezing and runny nose). Together, these ingredients are commonly combined in multi-symptom cold and flu products to address various symptoms like congestion, cough, aches, and fever.
