Clinical
This is a translucent mineral powder sunscreen applied to the skin as an OTC monograph drug product. It contains zinc oxide, a mineral UV filter commonly used in sunscreens to reflect and scatter ultraviolet radiation from the sun. The powder formulation (SPF 35) is typically used to help protect exposed skin from sunburn when applied before sun exposure. Mineral sunscreens like this one are often chosen by people who prefer inorganic UV-blocking ingredients.
