VISTA Hypromellose Dry Eye Relief is an over-the-counter eye gel containing hypromellose, a clear liquid polymer. This product is applied directly to the surface of the eye and is typically used to provide lubrication and moisture for dry eye symptoms. Hypromellose functions as an artificial tear, helping to coat and protect the eye surface and may offer temporary relief from dryness and discomfort.
