Clinical
This is an over-the-counter oral liquid-filled capsule kit containing separate daytime and nighttime formulas for managing cold and flu symptoms. The daytime capsules contain acetaminophen (a pain reliever and fever reducer), dextromethorphan (a cough suppressant), and phenylephrine (a decongestant), while the nighttime capsules add doxylamine succinate (a sleep aid). These ingredients are commonly combined in multi-symptom cold and flu products to address cough, congestion, aches, fever, and nighttime symptom relief.
