🩺 Clinical
Equate Severe Cold Cough and Flu is an oral powder that you dissolve in water to drink. It contains acetaminophen, typically used to reduce fever and relieve pain, and diphenhydramine hydrochloride, typically used to relieve allergy symptoms and promote drowsiness. This is an over-the-counter monograph product, meaning it is marketed under FDA's established rules for this category of cold and flu medicine rather than as an individually reviewed drug application.
