Clinical
This is a topical cream cleanser that contains sulfur as its active ingredient. Sulfur is commonly used in acne care products and functions as a keratolytic agent, meaning it helps soften and shed the outer layer of skin. This product is marketed as an over-the-counter monograph drug, which means it follows FDA's established rules for acne cleansers rather than being individually reviewed as a new drug application.
