🩺 Clinical
This is a liquid sunscreen applied to the skin that contains zinc oxide, a mineral UV filter. Zinc oxide works by reflecting and scattering ultraviolet light away from the skin to help reduce sun exposure. This product is marketed as a non-nano formulation under the FDA's over-the-counter monograph rules for sunscreen ingredients, meaning it follows established safety and effectiveness standards for that category rather than being individually approved through a separate application process.
