🩺 Clinical
This is a liquid sunscreen applied to the skin, containing zinc oxide as its active ingredient. Zinc oxide is a mineral UV filter commonly used in sunscreens to help block ultraviolet radiation from the sun. This product is marketed as an over-the-counter monograph drug, meaning it follows FDA's established rules for sunscreen products rather than being individually approved. The SPF-50 designation indicates the level of protection claimed against UVB rays.
