🩺 Clinical
BM BM68 Drops is an unapproved homeopathic liquid product taken by mouth that contains seven plant and mineral ingredients diluted to homeopathic potencies. In homeopathic practice, these ingredients (including gelsemium, potassium bromide, silver nitrate, and sodium chloride) are traditionally used in formulations intended to address various conditions. Homeopathic products are marketed based on homeopathic tradition and theories rather than clinical evidence, and the FDA does not evaluate them for safety or effectiveness.
