Clinical
BM BM98 Drops is an unapproved homeopathic liquid product taken by mouth. It contains seven plant-derived and chemical substances traditionally used in homeopathic practice, including extracts from black cohosh, pulsatilla, bloodroot, and juniper, along with sulfuric acid and amyl nitrite. Homeopathic products are marketed based on traditional homeopathic theory rather than clinical evidence, and the FDA does not evaluate them for effectiveness or safety the way it does conventional drugs.
