Clinical
CR Whitening Cream is an over-the-counter topical cream marketed under FDA's OTC monograph rules for skin-lightening products. It contains arbutin and niacinamide as active ingredients. Arbutin is commonly used in skin-care formulations for its role in reducing the appearance of dark spots and uneven skin tone. Niacinamide, also called vitamin B3, is typically included in topical products to support skin barrier function and reduce the appearance of skin discoloration.
