Clinical
This is an over-the-counter topical sunscreen cream containing four active ingredients. Zinc oxide and titanium dioxide are mineral UV filters that work by reflecting and scattering ultraviolet light away from the skin. Homosalate and octisalate are chemical UV filters that function by absorbing ultraviolet radiation. Together, these ingredients are commonly used in sunscreen products to help reduce sun exposure to the skin when applied topically.
