Clinical
This is a topical sunscreen lotion containing four active ingredients that work together to block ultraviolet radiation from the sun. Zinc oxide and titanium dioxide are mineral UV filters that reflect and scatter sunlight, while homosalate and octisalate are chemical UV filters that absorb UV rays. This product is marketed as an over-the-counter monograph drug, meaning it follows FDA's established safety and effectiveness standards for sunscreen products rather than undergoing individual application review.
