Clinical
This is an over-the-counter topical cream marketed as a sunscreen under FDA's OTC monograph rules. The active ingredient is zinc oxide, a mineral UV filter that works by reflecting and scattering ultraviolet light away from the skin. Products like this one are typically used to help protect skin from sun damage and reduce the risk of sunburn when applied to exposed areas before sun exposure.
