Avoid concurrent use of ceritinib and cyclophosphamide2. Cyclophosphamide is activated by hepatic enzymes to produce its active metabolites 1 and ceritinib is a CYP3A and CYP2C9 inhibitor 2. Concomitant administration may decrease production of the cyclophosphamide active metabolites and decrease cyclophosphamide effectiveness.
