Androstenedione Overview
Androstenedione is a naturally occurring prohormone produced in the body, primarily in the adrenal glands and gonads. It serves as a precursor to testosterone and estrogen. In the past, it was marketed as a dietary supplement with claims of enhancing athletic performance and increasing muscle mass. However, its effectiveness for these purposes is not well-supported by scientific evidence. Androstenedione gained attention in the late 1990s when it was linked to use by some athletes as a performance-enhancing substance, leading to its classification as a Schedule III controlled substance in the United States. It is also banned by organizations like the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) and the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) for use in sports competitions.
Cladribine Overview

Cladribine is used to treat adults with relapsing forms of multiple sclerosis (MS; a disease in which the nerves do not function properly and people may experience weakness, numbness, loss of muscle coordination, and problems with vision, speech, and bladder control), including relapsing-remitting forms (course of disease where symptoms flare up from time to time) and active secondary progressive forms (course of disease that follows a relapsing-remitting course where symptoms gradually become worse over time). Cladribine is generally used in patients who have already tried another treatment for MS. Cladribine in a class of medications called purine antimetabolites. It works by stopping certain cells of the immune system from causing nerve damage.
