Aluminum Hydroxide, Aspirin, Codeine Phosphate, Magnesium Hydroxide falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Bear's Garlic interacts with.

In vitro research shows that bear's garlic and some of its constituents can inhibit platelet aggregation. Theoretically, bear's garlic might increase the risk of bleeding when used with antiplatelet or anticoagulant drugs.
Some anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs include aspirin, clopidogrel (Plavix), dalteparin (Fragmin), enoxaparin (Lovenox), heparin, ticlopidine (Ticlid), warfarin (Coumadin), and others.

The piece of this combination product that matters here is the aspirin. Aspirin is already a blood thinner that keeps your platelets from clumping together. Bear's garlic, in early lab studies, seems to do a little of the same thing thanks to its garlic-like sulfur compounds. Stack the two and, in theory, you could nudge up your risk of bruising, nosebleeds, or bleeding that's slower to stop.

I'd keep this in perspective. The evidence is only test-tube level, and bear's garlic eaten as a flavorful food likely won't make a real difference. Concentrated supplement doses are the bigger question mark. If you're on this regularly or notice easy bruising, just check in with your pharmacist or doctor before adding a bear's garlic supplement.
