Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.
ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS
Why this applies to Treprostinil (Inh)
Treprostinil (Inh) falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Bear's Garlic interacts with.
Some anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs include aspirin, clopidogrel (Plavix), dalteparin (Fragmin), enoxaparin (Lovenox), heparin, ticlopidine (Ticlid), warfarin (Coumadin), and others.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Here's the connection worth knowing. Inhaled treprostinil (Tyvaso) does more than open up the blood vessels in your lungs. It also makes your platelets a little less sticky, which is its own mild blood-thinning effect. Bear's garlic, in lab studies, seems to do a similar thing and gently discourage platelets from clumping. Stack the two together and, in theory, you could bruise more easily or bleed a bit longer from a small cut.
I want to keep this in perspective, though. The evidence here is only from test-tube and lab work, not from real patients, and enjoying bear's garlic as a food is unlikely to cause trouble. Concentrated supplement doses are the bigger question mark. If you plan to take it that way, or you notice unusual bruising or nosebleeds, check in with your pharmacist or doctor first.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Treprostinil (Inh) page
“Inhaled treprostinil (Tyvaso) relaxes blood vessels in the lungs to treat pulmonary hypertension, and it also blunts platelet clotting, which is why this list of 275 ingredients warrants real vigilance rather than a shrug. Two themes cover almost everything.”

About Bear's Garlic
What is Bear's Garlic?
- Seasoning and culinary flavoring
- Heart and blood vessel health
- Blood pressure support
- Digestive complaints
- General 'cleansing' or detox traditions
Bear's garlic is a wild relative of garlic enjoyed mainly as a mild-tasting food. Some early laboratory studies hint at heart and blood vessel benefits, but solid human evidence is lacking, so it should be viewed as a flavorful food rather than a proven remedy. As food it is generally well tolerated, but supplements or large amounts have not been well studied for safety.
About Treprostinil Oral Inhalation
What Is Treprostinil Oral Inhalation Used For?
Brand name: Tyvaso
Treprostinil oral inhalation is used to treat two serious lung conditions that raise pressure in the blood vessels of the lungs. It helps improve how much physical activity you can do.
Tyvaso inhalation solution and Tyvaso DPI are both indicated to treat pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH; WHO Group 1) and pulmonary hypertension associated with interstitial lung disease (PH-ILD; WHO Group 3). Clinical studies establishing effectiveness in PAH primarily included patients with moderate symptoms (NYHA Class III) whose PAH was idiopathic, heritable, or related to connective tissue disease. Studies in PH-ILD primarily included patients with idiopathic interstitial pneumonia, combined pulmonary fibrosis and emphysema, or connective tissue disease-related lung disease.
