ANTIDIABETES DRUGS
Why this applies to Insulin Human, Sodium Chloride
Insulin Human, Sodium Chloride falls under ANTIDIABETES DRUGS — the group Cashew interacts with.
Oral hypoglycemic drugs include glimepiride (Amaryl), glipizide (Glucotrol), glyburide (Diabeta, Micronase), tolazamide (Tolinase), tolbutamide (Orinase), and others.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Here's the honest picture with cashews and your human insulin (Myxredlin): this is a theoretical concern based on how cashews might affect blood sugar, not something proven in studies. Some early research hinted that eating very large amounts of cashews could nudge fasting blood sugar a little higher. If that happened, your insulin might not lower your sugar quite as well as expected. But other research found that a normal serving (about 30 grams a day) didn't meaningfully change blood sugar at all.
So a handful of cashews as a snack is very unlikely to throw off your insulin. The bigger point is consistency: big swings in what you eat can change how much insulin you need. Keep checking your sugars as usual, and if you notice unusual highs, chat with your pharmacist or doctor before adjusting anything.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Insulin Human, Sodium Chloride page
“The two entries to understand first for Myxredlin (human insulin in sodium chloride) are Siberian cocklebur, which has caused severe hypoglycemia in humans, and EDTA chelation products, which can drop blood glucose sharply and may interfere with the insulin itself. Those are the only major-rated interactions among the 242 ingredients o…”

About Human Insulin Injection
What Is Human Insulin Injection Used For?
Brand name: Myxredlin
Novolin (human insulin injection) is used to improve glycemic control — meaning blood sugar management — in adults and children with diabetes mellitus.
Novolin 70/30 is a fixed-ratio mixture of intermediate-acting and short-acting human insulin. Because the ratio is fixed, it cannot be adjusted separately for background (basal) or mealtime (prandial) needs.
