Edrophonium, Atropine falls under ATROPINE — the group Choline interacts with.
Animal research shows that administering choline one hour before administering atropine can attenuate atropine-induced decreases in brain levels of acetylcholine. Theoretically, concomitant use of choline and atropine may decrease the effects of atropine.

Here's the simple version. Your Enlon-Plus combo pairs edrophonium with atropine. Atropine works by blocking acetylcholine, the nerve-signaling chemical, which is why it can do things like dry up secretions and steady the heart rate. Choline is one of the raw materials your body uses to make more acetylcholine, so in theory it could push in the opposite direction and slightly soften atropine's effect.
The honest truth is that this concern comes only from animal research, not from people, and our database rates it as minor. For a one-time dose given by a clinician, this is very unlikely to be a real-world problem. Still, it's worth mentioning any choline supplements to your doctor or pharmacist before the procedure so nothing is a surprise.
