Anacaulase-bcdb falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Coleus interacts with.

Here's the situation with Coleus and NexoBrid (anacaulase-bcdb). NexoBrid isn't a pill you swallow. It's an enzyme gel made from pineapple-derived proteins that surgeons apply directly onto severe burns to gently dissolve and remove dead tissue. Because it's used on a wound bed, it can already cause some local oozing or bleeding as the dead skin lifts away.

Coleus contains forskolin, which in lab and animal studies appears to make platelets (your clotting cells) a little less sticky. The worry is mostly theoretical, since it hasn't been proven in people, but combining anything that thins the blood with a wound-cleaning treatment could in theory mean a bit more bleeding or bruising at the burn site. Please mention any Coleus use to your surgical team before treatment so they can keep an eye on it.
