Here's the simple version: both DMHA and PMA (methoxyamphetamine) are stimulants. They aren't broken down into each other or competing for an enzyme. The concern is that their effects stack on top of one another. DMHA pushes up things like heart rate and blood pressure, and PMA does the same, often very strongly. Put them together and you could see a racing or pounding heart, a spike in blood pressure, anxiety, and dangerous overheating.

I'll be honest with you: this concern is theoretical, based on how the two work rather than firm studies. But I'd urge real caution here. PMA is not a legitimate medicine, it's a street drug that has caused fatal overdoses, and DMHA is an FDA-flagged ingredient. Please talk with a doctor or pharmacist before going near either.
