Let me be straight with you here, because this is a risky pairing. PMA (paramethoxyamphetamine) is a powerful stimulant and serotonin-releasing drug, and it is widely considered one of the more dangerous substances out there. Peyote works through mescaline, which fires up the same serotonin system in your brain. When you stack two things that both crank up serotonin and stimulate the central nervous system, those effects don't just add up, they can pile on top of each other.

Realistically, that could mean a racing or irregular heartbeat, a dangerous spike in body temperature, soaring blood pressure, agitation, confusion, seizures, and in severe cases serotonin syndrome. This warning is based on how these drugs behave (theoretical pharmacology), not large studies, but the danger is real enough that I'd urge you to talk with a doctor or pharmacist before going anywhere near this combination.
