Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.
STIMULANT DRUGS
Why this applies to Dextroamphetamine (patch)
Dextroamphetamine (patch) falls under STIMULANT DRUGS — the group Peyote interacts with.
Interaction has not been documented in well-controlled studies, however, the interaction has been demonstrated in some small human studies or in controlled animal studies in conjunction with multiple case reports..
Here's the concern with pairing peyote (mescaline) and your Xelstrym patch. Both of these rev up your central nervous system. Dextroamphetamine already boosts brain chemicals like dopamine and norepinephrine, which is why it can raise your heart rate, blood pressure, and alertness. Mescaline pushes on serotonin pathways and can jolt the brain in its own way. Stack them together and you may be piling stimulation on top of stimulation.
What could that look like? Think a racing or pounding heart, spiking blood pressure, bad anxiety or agitation, trouble sleeping, tremor, or in rarer cases dangerous overheating or serotonin-related problems. This warning is based on how these drugs work, not hard studies, but the risk is taken seriously. Please talk with your doctor or pharmacist before combining them.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Dextroamphetamine (patch) page
“Ephedra sits at the very top of the concerns for anyone using the dextroamphetamine patch (Xelstrym). The herb is a stimulant in its own right, and stacking two stimulants can push blood pressure and heart strain into dangerous territory.”
