Phenprocoumon falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Eicosapentaenoic Acid (epa) interacts with.

Phenprocoumon is a strong blood thinner, much like warfarin, and it keeps your blood from clotting too easily. EPA doesn't change how your body breaks this drug down, but it has its own mild effect on platelets, the tiny cells that help form clots. So when you stack EPA on top of phenprocoumon, you may be nudging your bleeding risk a little higher rather than changing your drug levels.
In real life this could show up as easier bruising, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, or cuts that take longer to stop. The evidence here is modest, and small amounts of fish in your diet are unlikely to matter. Still, because phenprocoumon is a narrow-margin drug, please check with your pharmacist or doctor before adding an EPA or fish oil supplement, and don't change anything on your own.
