Feldenkrais Method + Cisplatin
Cisplatin brand name: Platinol-AQ.
We found no known interaction between Feldenkrais Method and Cisplatin in our sources. Absence of a documented interaction is not the same as proven safety, and does not guarantee one does not exist. Do not start, stop, or change a medication or supplement based on this page; confirm with your pharmacist or doctor first.
Feldenkrais Method and Cisplatin
We checked these two against our interaction database. Here is what we found.
No Known Interaction Found
We did not find a documented interaction between Cisplatin and Feldenkrais Method in our sources. This does not guarantee that the combination is completely free of risk — research on Feldenkrais Method alongside specific medications may be limited.
Worth understanding: our licensed dataset holds no drug-interaction record for Feldenkrais Method at all — not against Cisplatin, and not against any other medication we track. This verdict therefore rests on the absence of any recorded data, not on research that looked at this combination and found nothing. We cannot rule an interaction out.
Feldenkrais Method is a practice rather than something you take. Ask your care team whether the type and intensity you plan to practice are appropriate for your health and treatment. Do not stop a prescribed medicine on your own.
Always talk with your pharmacist or doctor before making changes to your medications or supplements, particularly if you take several medications or have an ongoing health condition.

See Every Supplement That Interacts With Cisplatin
This page covers Feldenkrais Method only. If you take other supplements — a multivitamin, a sleep aid, something for joints — the Cisplatin page lists 90 supplements it has a documented interaction with, worst first, each one explained.
The most serious there right now: Activated Charcoal (major), Asarabacca (major), Siberian Cocklebur (major), Acerola (moderate) and Active Hexose Correlated Compound (ahcc) (moderate).
By severity: 3 major · 75 moderate · 12 minor.
From our pharmacist’s overview on the Cisplatin page
“Kidney damage is the risk I would flag first for anyone receiving cisplatin (Platinol-AQ). Cisplatin is a chemotherapy drug that already stresses the kidneys, and two of the three major-rated interactions on this list, Siberian cocklebur and asarabacca, involve herbs that can injure the kidneys on their own, stacking harm on an organ t…”

Where Feldenkrais Method and Cisplatin Sit Against Everything Else
Out of every supplement and medication people look up on HelloPharmacist, here is where these two land this week — and which way each has been moving.
#1,255 of 1,452 supplements looked up here in the last 7 days
#1,598 of 2,830 medications looked up here in the last 7 days
Position among everything looked up on this site, not a measure of how commonly either one is used or how important it is. A supplement can climb this list because of a news story. It counts every request to the page, automated ones included, and nothing here identifies anyone.
Where does our data come from?
- Source: the Natural Medicines (TRC Healthcare) clinical database — the evidence-graded professional reference for herb & supplement interactions.
- Citation library: 103,510 references behind our interaction content, 65,311 of them resolved to verified PubMed/DOI sources. See every Feldenkrais Method reference on this page ↓
- Freshness: we automatically re-check this combination every week — this pair was last verified September 20, 2026. The Feldenkrais Method and Cisplatin records this page draws on were last updated June 22, 2026.
- What “no known interaction” means: no documented interaction in the sources above — not a guarantee of safety. Supplements are studied far less than prescription drugs, so we say exactly what the evidence supports, and nothing more.
About Feldenkrais Method
What is Feldenkrais Method?
- Chronic neck and back pain
- Balance and mobility problems
- Posture improvement
- Stress and body awareness
- Recovery and rehabilitation
The Feldenkrais Method is a gentle movement-education practice, not an herb or supplement. It is generally considered low-risk and may help some people with pain, balance, and body awareness, but the quality of research is limited and results vary. Talk with your doctor or physical therapist before using it as a substitute for proven treatment.
Not applicable (this is a movement education method, not a plant or supplement) · Group classes (Awareness Through Movement) and one-on-one sessions (Functional Integration)
An interaction check asks whether these two react with each other — it does not ask whether Feldenkrais Method is a good idea for someone in your situation. Here is what our Feldenkrais Method record says about it on its own.
Feldenkrais Method: dosing
There is no pill, dose, or standardized amount for the Feldenkrais Method because it is a movement practice, not a supplement. How often you practice is usually decided between you and your instructor. Many people attend weekly group classes or schedule individual sessions, and some practice short movement lessons at home.

About Cisplatin Injection
What Is Cisplatin Injection Used For?
Brand name: Platinol-AQ
Cisplatin Injection is used to treat three types of cancer. For metastatic testicular tumors and metastatic ovarian tumors, it is used as part of combination chemotherapy — alongside other approved cancer medicines — in patients who have already had surgery and/or radiation therapy. For metastatic ovarian tumors, it can also be used alone as a second-line treatment when standard chemotherapy has stopped working and cisplatin has not been tried before.
For advanced bladder cancer (specifically transitional cell bladder cancer) that can no longer be treated with surgery or radiation, Cisplatin Injection is used as a single agent.
Most-Reported Side Effects for Cisplatin
From FAERS, the FDA’s public side-effect reporting system (77,669 reports, all brands). Reports are voluntary and are not proof the drug caused the effect.
