Fluticasone Proprionate, Salmeterol falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Feverfew interacts with.

Theoretically, feverfew might increase levels of drugs metabolized by CYP3A4.
Laboratory research shows that feverfew might inhibit CYP3A4. So far, this interaction has not been reported in humans.

Here's the gist for your Airduo Respiclick (fluticasone plus salmeterol). Both of these ingredients are partly cleared by a liver enzyme called CYP3A4. In a test tube, feverfew appeared to slow that enzyme down. If that were to happen in the body, your fluticasone and salmeterol could build up a bit higher than usual, which in theory could mean more steroid-related effects (like a sore or white-coated mouth, hoarse voice) or more salmeterol effects (like a faster heartbeat, jitteriness, or tremor).

I want to be honest, though: this is only lab-based, and it has never actually been reported in real people. So I wouldn't lose sleep over it. Just give your pharmacist or doctor a heads-up before adding feverfew so they can keep an eye on things.
