Troxyca ER pairs oxycodone (an opioid for pain) with naltrexone tucked inside to discourage misuse. The oxycodone part is handled in your body partly by an enzyme called CYP2D6. Lab studies hint that feverfew might slow that enzyme down. If that happened, oxycodone could linger a bit longer, which in theory could mean stronger opioid effects like extra drowsiness, dizziness, constipation, or slowed breathing.

Here's the honest part: this is only test-tube science, and it has never actually been reported in real people. So I wouldn't lose sleep over it, but since opioids carry real risks, please run it by your pharmacist or doctor before adding feverfew rather than guessing on your own.
